What We Do

Gengrid Solutions designs, builds, deploys and manages AI automation for businesses. The details of each project, including scope, timing and costs, are set out in a written agreement before any work begins.

Where Systems Run

• Your AI runs on infrastructure you own: your own cloud account or VPS.
• You open and pay for the cloud account yourself; we never hold your cloud bill.
• Your business data and workflows run on your infrastructure, not on Gengrid Solutions servers.

How Projects Run

• We start with a free, no-obligation process audit of one workflow.
• Before we build, you sign off a plain-language summary of your requirements.
• Before any deployment we run a pre-flight audit of your hardware or cloud account.
• We roll out in stages, and every change has a rollback plan.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the cloud account or VPS the system runs on.
• Create the least-privilege accounts we need, and revoke them when you choose.
• Give accurate information about your processes and requirements.

Approvals

• A human approves anything that reaches a customer or a prospect.
• Irreversible actions need a human approval; if no approval arrives, nothing happens.

Ending the Relationship

No lock-in: if you leave, the system stays on your infrastructure and we hand over access and documentation. At handover you receive the architecture, runbooks, recovery steps and a credential transfer plan.

Liability and Governing Law

These are set in each signed project agreement, not on this page. Each agreement states them in plain language and is signed before any work begins, so both sides know where they stand.
