How Do We Start?
We start with a free, no-obligation process audit of one workflow.
Where Does the System Run?
Your AI runs on infrastructure you own: your own cloud account or VPS. You open and pay for the cloud account yourself; we never hold your cloud bill.
Is Our Data Stored on Your Servers?
No. Your business data and workflows run on your infrastructure, not on Gengrid Solutions servers.
What Do We Agree Before You Build?
Before we build, you sign off a plain-language summary of your requirements.
How Is It Deployed?
Before any deployment we run a pre-flight audit of your hardware or cloud account. We roll out in stages, and every change has a rollback plan.
Can the AI Send Messages to Our Customers by Itself?
No. Our agents do the work; a human approves anything that reaches a customer or a prospect.
What About Irreversible Actions Such as Payments?
Irreversible actions need a human approval; if no approval arrives, nothing happens. The more an agent can do, the clearer these limits need to be.
What Access Do You Need to Our Systems?
You create least-privilege accounts for us, and you can revoke our access at any time. A log of our access to your systems is shared with you every month.
Do Callers Know They Are Speaking with an AI?
Yes. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI.
What Happens with Emergency Calls?
Emergency calls are never handled by the AI; they go straight to a person or the public network.
What Does the Managed Service Include?
Managed service includes monitoring, incident handling, updates and a monthly report.
What Do We Get at Handover?
At handover you receive the architecture, runbooks, recovery steps and a credential transfer plan.
What Happens If We Stop Working with You?
No lock-in: if you leave, the system stays on your infrastructure and we hand over access and documentation.
